1. Can I arrive without a booking?

Yes, you are very welcome to arrive without a booking. You can reserve your desk when you're here and in the building! Please be advised that we recommend booking ahead in December, Easter, Midterms and Summer.

2. I have lots of calls throughout the day, where can I make my calls?

Customers with 1 to 5 hours of calls per day can be nicely supported with the 3 ROOM (brand) phone booths available to book. Booths are ventilated and have plugs. Find information on booking booths in your booking confirmation email.

If you have short incoming calls (under 5 mins) or long all-hands meetings (that you are not hosting), then you are very welcome to do these at your desk. 

If you have 5+ hours of calls per day, then the Private Pods are a more suitable fit for your needs.

3. I am interested but I'm also comfortable at home 

We hear you, we love working at home too! That's where the name comes from - a MIX of working from home, coworking, and the office...  Customers generally find they can get into a different gear here and really focus - and there is no pressure to socialise - come in, get the work done, and get out!  Try a free trial day and see how you get on - you might find that the mix of environments is a positive force for your energy and also the quality of your work.

4. Can I customise a Desk Plan?

Yes, Desk Plans are designed to give great value to regular-returning customers. If you have a custom need (for example, working a different time zone that requires 2 mornings and 1 night a week), we can take a look and likely make something custom work well! Get in touch today.
