A B O U T  M I X

 MIX Coworking started in 2018 out of our own need for space to work, beginning as a tiny workspace in the heart of Clonakilty, offering the essentials: a desk, internet connection and good vibes. 

In 2020, MIX Coworking applied for funding with Secad Partnership CLG (EAFRD - Europe Investing in Rural Areas - LEADER 2014-2020, West Cork LAG). With funding secured, Mix worked with the owners of 8 Wolfe Tone Street to bring the town-centre building back to life and reopened at this location in March 2021.

In 2022, MIX secured a second round of funding with The Connected Hubs, which supported expanding the offering and greater energy efficiency, including meeting spaces, pods and solar panels.

It's our passion to support remote workers, freelancers, artists, businesses, parents, and community groups with a positive, inclusive, supportive and reliable space to work.
